When null (default), the top-level credential address is signed. When set to a StrKey address, the signature is routed to every node in the credential tree (top-level or delegate, depth-first) whose address matches; throws if no matching node is found. Muxed (M...) addresses are not valid Soroban auth addresses and are not accepted.
